הרוטב הזה מורכב משני מוצרים נפלאים שלנו – ממרח פלפלים אדומים וחציל קלוי ופלפלים.
אם מערבבים את שניהם, מוסיפים פסטה, מעט אגוזי לוז לשבירת המרקם והטעם והרבה פרמז’ן מקבלים רוטב שלא היה מבייש מסעדה.
המתכון שמתקבל הוא לאוהבי החריף, כך שאם אתם לא נמנים על הקהל הזה ניתן לשים חצי מכמות ממרח הפלפלים החריף ולהחליפו בעגבניות מרוסקות- בכל אופן אל תוותרו על ממרח הפלפלים לגמרי כי הוא שנותן את האופי ואת טעם הפלפלים העמוק למנה.

מה צריך?

לכ-5-6 סועדים:

500 גרם פסטה – ספגטי
1 ממרח פלפלים מהמעדנייה שלנו
1 סלט חציל קלוי ופלפלים מהמעדנייה שלנו
150 גרם אגוזי לוז
1/2 צרור בצל ירוק
פרמז’ן מגורד

איך מכינים?

מבשלים 500 גרם פסטה לפי הוראות היצרן.

במחבת או סיר רחב מניחים ממרח פלפלים וסלט חציל קלוי ופלפלים, מוסיפים חצי כוס מים חמים ומביאים לרתיחה.


מוסיפים חופן נדיב של בצל ירוק קצוץ ואגוזי לוז קלויים וחצויים מערבבים ומעבירים לצלחת הגשה.
